With a smaller envelope than other types of firesleeved PTFE hose, Parker Stratoflex hose is unaffected by virtually all fluids used in aircraft, and is suitable for applications where fire resistance is required. It has an exceptionally wide operating temperature range of –54ºC to +232ºC.

Available with tube sizes (outside diameter) from 0.188 inches to 0.500 inches, Parker Stratoflex 101 hose is supplied by Icore as complete assemblies, designed and fabricated to meet the user’s specific requirements. Utilising a three-layer construction that includes a corrosion-resistant steel-wire braid for strength and crush resistance, and a integral silicone cover, Parker Stratoflex 101 lightweight firesleeved hose has a working pressure rating of between 750 psi and 1000 psi, (51 to 69 bar) depending on size. All sizes are hydrostatically pressure tested at twice their rated working pressure.
